Unscrew the engine accessory bracket bolts, bring the bracket forward and remove the upper EGR tube. Check and change the O-ring seal, as necessary, and follow the same steps in a reverse order to install.

To maintain the EGR system module tube, loosen the upper fitting and installing it to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) is required. Next, loosen the lower fitting, detach the tube and clamp the lower fitting to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) when reinstalling it, then repeat the reverse of this when dismantling it.
