How to service the cooling fan shroud on Mercury Mountaineer?

Before servicing the cooling fan shroud users should drain the cooling system then take out the radiator appearance cover. One assembly screw at the fan shroud requires screw bolt removal with post-discarding of the screw. The first step is to remove the bolt and discard the assembly screw when it exists before you withdraw the upper fan shroud. The service of cooling fan shrouds starts with vehicle support and degas fill hose removal and complete bolt removal for lower fan shroud extraction. You do not need to install any screws which are used to combine the upper and lower shrouds. The installation ends with the same steps in reverse order to the removal sequence.
