    A: Overclocking the lower intake manifold starts with both fuel pressure relief followed by upper intake manifold disconnection. The service requires you to disconnect the fuel pressure regulator alongside its electrical connector and its vacuum line. The service of the lower intake manifold begins with disconnecting both the fuel line spring lock coupling and the fuel injector electrical connectors. Start by removing the specified bolts to detach the lower intake manifold before taking out the fuel rail by unbating its bolts then carefully peeling it from the lower intake manifold. Proceed to check the lower intake manifold gaskets after you have removed all fuel injectors from their position. Only install the gaskets inside the lower intake manifold while avoiding silicone grease which causes fuel injector clogging. Place the new O-ring seals into the fuel injectors of the lower intake manifold after lubricating them with Super Premium SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil XO-5W30-QSP or WSS-M2C153-G equivalent Ford specification before activating them into the lower intake manifold assembly. Before adding the lower intake manifold, clean the fuel rail and assemble it with bolts and install the assembly by following the bolt tightening sequence. Plug in the fuel injector electrical connectors followed by reattachment of the fuel line spring lock coupling and fuel pressure regulator as well as its electrical connector and vacuum line.
