The floor of the panel console door requires unfastening its screws while the link ends should be undocked from the center console door. Subsequently remove both the panel floor console door actuator and the actuator itself. Reinstall the air door actuator/motor following its removal steps while placing arrow (1) on the actuator housing against the line on the actuator coupling (2). Fully open the door before positioning the actuator while adjusting the floor console door manually to the same position before you install the link.
