In order to fix the air door actuator of the panel floor console, one has to disconnect the battery and take out the instrument panel. Unlink the center console door with the link, undo the actuator and vice versa when installing it. Make sure that it is properly aligned and check the airflow. New actuators come in mid-position.

In order to service the air inlet door actuator, disconnected battery, right-hand instrument panel insulator and floor duct, and the actuator connectors and screws. To install, work in reverse making sure that the arrow of the actuator housing aligns to the coupling line. New actuators come in the middle of installation; connect jumper wires to make adjustments.
