How to service the air inlet Blend Door Actuator on Lincoln LS?

Before starting air inlet door actuator service you must disconnect the battery supply. Begin the service by taking away both the right-hand instrument panel insulator plus the right-hand floor duct from the system. Begin by detaching the connector along with the coupling connector from the actuator before utilizing the screws to extract the actuator unit. Reverse the steps for reinstallation. For reinstallation of a pre-removed actuator make sure the arrow marker on the housing matches the actuator coupling line. New door actuator assemblies arrive at the assembly position by default but their installation requires temporary electric controls through fused jumper wires.
