How to service and repair the cruise control servo on 2002 Mercury Cougar?

In order to fix the cruise control servo, disconnect the speed control cable to the engine cover and throttle body, unscrew the electrical connector of the actuator, unscrew the bolt connecting the actuator. Take off the cable cap and the cable out of the actuator pulley. To install undo uninstall steps.
