    A: Service of the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor requires beginning with neutral gear position on a hoist. First disconnect the battery ground cable before removing the accessory drive belt then disconnecting the A/C compressor electrical connector. Take away the three bolts holding the A/C compressor in place before setting it aside. The first step is to disconnect the electrical connector of the CKP sensor before removing its bolt while discarding the O-ring seal. Clean engine oil should be used to lubricate the new O-ring seal before tightening it to 10 Nm (89 lb-in). Finish the installation by first reinstalling the A/C compressor then tightening its bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) before reversing the removal steps.
