    A: The first step for condenser to evaporator line repair and service requires the recovery of all refrigerant compounds. The first action is to take out the PCM and its bracket by releasing the three bolts which secure the PCM bracket so you can remove the bracket after; reinstall the bracket at 10 Nm (89 lb-in). Begin by removing the evaporator inlet fitting where you should discard the O-ring tube seals and then disconnect the condenser outlet fitting and dispose its O-ring tube seal before hand tightening this fitting to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft). The condenser to evaporator line must be taken off the system before assembly when replacement of new O-ring seals and PAG oil application should occur. Evacuate then perform a leak detection function before charging the refrigerant system. The replacement of a new suction accumulator will be required only when physical signs show either compressor failure contamination or suction accumulator damage.
