Beginning with the PCM and battery and battery tray removal, service the technicians on technicians to remove the PCM bracket through undoing three PCM bracket bolts until they reach a torque of 10 Nm (89 lb-in) when reinstalling the bracket. Connect the suction accumulator outlet to a new O-ring seal while tightening it at 8 Nm (71 lbs-in). Removing the suction accumulator inlet fitting should be followed by getting rid of its O-ring seals. Follow the installation procedure for the two suction accumulator bracket nuts by tightening them to 9 Nm (80 lb-in). The replacement of the suction accumulator includes installing new O-ring seals followed by correct clean PAG oil lubrication of the refrigerant system.
