Begin by unscrewing the four bottom screws on the evaporator core cover and proceed to detach all screws for proper storage of the heater core cover. Start by unscrewing the five screws of the upper evaporator core cover before continuing to remove all upper screws and finally removing the cover. To replace the evaporator core you should first remove it then follow the opposite installation sequence to put in the new one.
