How to service the front bumper cover on 2007 Ford Crown Victoria?

Service operations on the front bumper cover require disabling the fire suppression system when present before disconnecting air suspension electrical power to avoid automatic air spring pressure changes that may shift the vehicle. Place the vehicle with NEUTRAL gear selection on a hoisting structure. The repair begins by taking out 4 lower radiator air deflector bolts and 2 radiator vertical deflector bolts before tightness them to 7 Nm (62 lb-in) for reinstallation. Start by removing the 2 pin-type retainers from each side of the vehicle. Then disassemble the 6 front bumper cover pin-type retainers that exist as 3 on each side of the vehicle. The next step involves taking out the side turn signal lamp assemblies followed by removal of the 2 front bumper cover screws (1 on each side). Reinstallation should include tightening them to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). Each front bumper cover requires one screw on its side to be taken out but must be tightened to 2 Nm (18 lb-in) before reassembly. Detaching fog lamp electrical cables must happen before uninstalling the front bumper cover from vehicles that have this feature installed. The installation process ends by executing the removal instructions in reverse order.
