How to Service and Repair the A/C Expansion Valve on 2007 Ford E-150?

In order to service the thermostatic expansion valve, take out the auxiliary evaporator core but be careful not to destroy the temperature sensing bulb. Unscrew the bulb, strip out the A/C insulating tape and de attach refrigerant lines. Take out the TXV, without the O-ring seals. To install, follow the reverse procedure and apply new O- rings.
