How to service the A/C Expansion Valve on Ford E-150?

When servicing the thermostatic expansion valve Mineral Oil F73Z-19577-AA should be used only as O-ring seal and not as A/C compressor lubricant. Instead use PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil F7AZ-19589-DA. Gently remove the core of the A/C evaporator, de-connect refrigerant lines and install a new lubricated O-ring seal.
