Disconnect both the crankcase ventilation hose and the outlet hose from the air cleaner assembly before you can remove the attached air cleaner resonator. You need to remove the air cleaner intake hose with its attached resonator before disconnecting the TSS sensor electrical connector and taking out the TSS sensor bolt and sensor. The TSS sensor bore requires inspection to detect any damage to the O-ring seal which would need replacement with a new O-ring if found. The O-ring seal requires automatic transmission fluid with a light coating while thread sealer should be applied to the bolt before sensor installation at 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). First, attach the electrical connector to the TSS sensor then place the air cleaner intake hose with resonator followed by the air cleaner assembly installation. Complete the crankcase ventilation hose and air cleaner outlet hose before positioning the air cleaner into the resonator to install the bolts. Finally, reinstall the battery tray.
