First recover the refrigerant and proceed to detach the wiper motor assembly with pivot followed by the fresh air inlet duct nuts before removing the duct. Separate the evaporator inlet fitting and throw away its O-ring seals before disconnecting the evaporator core orifice access fitting with its discarding O-ring seal. The evaporator outlet line bracket bolt needs removing along with its tightness set to 8 Nm (71 lb-in) during reinstallation. The process of removing two condenser-to-evaporator line bracket bolts requires tightening them to 8 Nm (71 lb-in) torque when reinstalling. Follow the steps to remove the condenser outlet fitting nut then throw away its O-ring seal before retightening it to 8 Nm (71 lb-in). Follow the same procedure to remove the auxiliary line fitting nut then dispose of its O-ring seal and fix it with 8 Nm (71 lb-in) of torque. To install the condenser-to-evaporator line users must first follow the removal procedure in reverse order while installing new O-ring seals and using the proper amount of clean PAG oil during the refrigerant system lubrication process. The refrigerant system requires evacuation followed by leak testing then system charging prior to finishing the process.
