Perform maintenance on the thermostat housing, drainout the cooling system, take out air cleaner assembly, and disconnect a few hoses. Unscrew the two bolts that hold the housing together and dispose the O-ring. Replace O-ring, fit 10 Nm bolts, and refill, bleed cooling system.
