2007 Mercury Mariner Blend Door Actuator Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to remove and replace the recirculation blend door actuator on 2007 Mercury Mariner?
A: The instrument panel must be removed first before starting the replacement of the recirculation blend door actuator. The first action is to detach the vacuum supply hose from the recirculation vacuum control motor. First disconnect the vacuum supply hose from the recirculation vacuum control motor and after that remove the two screws which secure the motor. Use rotation of the vacuum control motor to get past the retaining arm before you take it out. Apply the opposite steps to install the actuator which were used during its removal process.
