The service initiation for the front bumper reinforcement starts by removing the front bumper cover. Before attaching the bumper start by removing the six front bumper bolts that exist in sets of three bolts on each side. Secure the new bolts while installation with 67 Nm (49 lb-ft) torque setting. Tighten new bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb-in) when reattaching these four upper and lower bumper-to-radiator support bolts that are found on each side of the vehicle. Finish the service by placing the front bumper back in place following the reversal of the removal steps.
