  A: First service and repair operations on the intake manifold require positioning the vehicle on a hoist while it should be in NEUTRAL gear. The first step includes air cleaner outlet pipe removal and then moving on to separate the RH impact severity sensor and transaxle fluid indicator. After you remove the lower intake manifold bolt you must take out the oil level indicator tube together with its companion which is the lower manifold. First detach the wire harness retainer from the starter stud bolt while also disconnecting the engine oil pressure (EOP) switch electrical connector. Follow the steps of depressing the quick release locking ring to disconnect the electronic throttle control electrical connector as well as the fuel vapor return hose and the power brake booster vacuum tube.
