The first step involves removing the compressor discharge fitting nut followed by disconnecting the fitting while throwing away the O-ring seal and gasket seal until the new fitting reaches 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) during installation. The process requires you to disconnect the condenser inlet jumper line fitting by removing its nut followed by removal of the O-ring and gasket seal then fitting installation with 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) torque. To disconnect the compressor-to-condenser discharge line, remove the RH headlamp assembly, disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector and remove the condenser inlet fitting bolt to detach the fitting while discarding the O-ring and gasket seals. Reinstall this fitting with a torque of 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Reverse the removal procedure for installation after removing the condenser inlet jumper line by replacing gasket and O-ring seals and applying the right amount of clean PAG oil to the refrigerant system.
