The technician should remove the condenser outlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting and discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal during the first step of warming up the TXV manifold and tube assembly before reinstalling the new fitting with 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) tension. Disconnect the fitting by removing the TXV manifold and tube suction fitting nut and throw away the O-ring seal and gasket seal before installing it the same way at 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The TXV manifold and tube assembly removal process should be reversed during installation while using new gasket and O-ring seals with appropriate PAG oil lubrication of the system. The last step completes the process with evacuating the system followed by leak testing and refrigerant charging.
