How to Service and Repair the A/C Hose on Lincoln Navigator?

The first requirement to repair or service the HVAC hose/line involves executing the Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure. The A/C evaporator core spring lock coupling must first be disconnected from the condenser to evaporator line then the A/C condenser core lower line needs its nut removed. The HVAC service requires you to disconnect the A/C condenser core lower line followed by nut removal from the tube bracket and suction accumulator/drier bracket clamp bolt removal. You must remove the evaporator to condenser tube as the final step. The installation process leads in the opposite direction of the removal sequence while applying PAG Compressor Oil or equivalent WSH-M1C231-B specified by Ford. Finish by executing the Evacuation and Charging Procedure.
