How to remove and replace the LH camshaft on 2009 Ford Expedition?

In order to change the LH camshaft, place the crankshaft damper, take away the valve cover, and disconnect the CMP sensor. Make sure No. 5 cylinder camshaft lobe on the exhaust stroke. Eliminate camshaft followers, bearing caps and the camshaft. Install new camshaft, phaser and sprocket and reassemble.
