How to service the Knock Sensor (KS) on a 4.6L (3V) engine on 2009 Ford F-150?

The first step to working on a 4.6L (3V) engine Knock Sensor (KS) is removing the intake manifold from the engine. The first step requires detachment of the KS electrical connector and removal of all the securing bolts holding the KS in place. Tighten the bolts on the new KS installation to 20 Nm (177 lb-in) before following all steps backward for completing the installation.
