You should remove the bolt securing the TXV fitting on the auxiliary and disconnect it while disposing of the gasket seals. Restore the fitting bolt by tightening it to 15 Nm (133 lb-in). First carefully remove the four screws fixing the auxiliary evaporator core cover before removing the cover together with the core itself. The reverse order of removal steps must be followed during installation while new gasket seals need to be included.
