How to service and repair the clutch disc and pressure plate on 2009 Ford Focus?

In order to service the disc clutch and the pressure plate, take out the transaxle and loosen the six bolts. Wipe off the pressure plate and flywheel using some alcohol-based solvent. Install the new bolts and then use a clutch aligner to fit the disc, and tighten the new bolts in a star shape up to 29 Nm. Reinstall the transaxle.
