  A: Positioning the vehicle to NEUTRAL on a hoist should be the first step for radiator service and repair procedures. Drain the cooling system. Service the cooling fan motor and its shroud by removing both retaining bolts which must reach a torque of 5 Nm (44 lb-in) when reinstalling. Service personnel must disconnect every radiator hose including upper and overflow and lower radiator hose which connects to the radiator. The support for the cooling module requires a secure jackstand to lift it upward until you can remove the lower radiator support bolts that need to be fastened to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) when reinstalling. The pin-type retainer on the transmission oil cooler tube bracket should be removed when necessary. Start by disconnecting the bolts used to link the condenser core to the radiator and extract the condenser core before taking out the radiator while securing the bolts to 5 Nm (44 lb-in) during replacement.
