    A: In order to change the 5R55S transmission fluid filter, place the vehicle on a hoist and put it in neutral position. Drain the fluid, eliminate the pan and the gasket, disconnect HO2S connectors, clip, and remove filter. Clean pan and magnet, lubricate O-rings, replace filter and pan, reconnect HO2S, replace drain plug and check fluid level.
