    Q: How to Service and Repair the A/C Condenser on Ford E-150?
    A: The process to attend to the HVAC condenser begins with recovering refrigerant. The first step requires removal of engine air cleaner and outlet tubes before extracting the Air Deflector by removing its five retaining pins. Open the compressor discharge line isolator by undoing its screw before you disconnect the condenser core refrigerant lines while using turns on both fittings to protect them from damage. First remove the Radiator brackets at top by unscrewing then shift the radiator slowly out of the way keeping the fins safe from damage. Begin by unscrewing the two A/C condenser mounting brackets and complete the process by taking out the A/C condenser core while avoiding damage to the cooling fins. You must eliminate the two seals through the removal of eight retaining pins. Follow the reversal of removal steps to install new O-ring seals that are lubricated in clean PAG oil while ensuring the correct amount of clean PAG oil lubrication of the refrigerant system.
