To service driveshaft universal joint, put on a work surface, mark parts index, and strip away 4 snap rings. Press bearings cups with a C-Frame and clean the yolk. Install new U-Joint Kits, be sure they are in the right place and install snap rings, testing to see if they move.

How to service and repair the driveshaft universal joint on Ford E-250?

In order to fix the driveshaft universal joint, lay the shaft on a work bench, strip off the snap rings and press the bearing cups out with a C-Frame. Wipe and wash slip-yoke and mount new U-Joint Kits. Make sure it is assembled well, and has movement, and use a hammer when necessary.
