How to service and repair the Water Pump on Ford E-250?

Removing the fan, fan clutch, accessory drive belt, and pulley are required to take out the coolant pump and repair it. Removal of bolts between the pump and the block. Install a new O-ring that has been lubricated with coolant, tighten the pump, re-connect the pulley and re-fit the belt and fan.
