How Do A/C Compressor Cut-Out Switches Affect Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Service and Repair on Ford Escape?

The refrigerant pressure sensor and switch may be serviced by first disconnecting the electrical connector of the A/C pressure cut-off switch and removing the switch. To install, simply reverse the procedures and be sure to lubricate the O-ring seals with the PAG Compressor Oil YN-12-C or with an appropriate equivalent that fits the Ford specification of WSH-M1C231-B.
