How to service the windshield wiper motor on Ford Escape?

In order to service the windshield wiper motor, just unscrew the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft but leave the linkage arm attached. Divide them using a tool and take off the three bolts that hold the motor and install them at 13 Nm (10 lb-ft). Turn the process back to make the installation.
