How to Service and Repair the Main Climate Control Blend Door Actuator on Ford Excursion?

To replace the air door actuator in climate control, open the glove compartment, unconnect the connector and rotate the actuator out of the assembly, unscrewing it. To install, reverse all instructions, position the temperature blend door manually, and do not turn the actuator on, or it can be damaged.
