How to service the Suspension Control Module on Ford Expedition?

In order to service the air suspension module, an unhooking of the battery ground cable is done. To undo the module, unscrew the nuts and remove the module by disconnecting 2 electrical connectors on the lower left dash. Fit the new module, tight the nuts to 8 Nm. Calibrate ride height sensors and a pneumatic test and then reverse the removal process.

Install the new module, clamp it to 8 Nm. Ride height sensors and a pneumatic test should then be done to calibrate it.
