When fixing the shift cable, place the vehicle in neutral, take out the center console panel and disconnect the selector lever cable. Removing the cable shield and cable disconnection either of 6R60 or 5R55S transmissions. Install, make sure there are proper connections, and test park, neutral and reverse.
