Removal of bolts and brackets to remove condenser core. To install, you need to reverse the process and add the right PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil to lubricate it.
Q: How to Service and Repair the A/C Condenser Core on Ford F-150?
A: To maintain the condenser core, de-circumvent the refrigerant and fittings, disregarding O-ring seals. Re-attach fittings that have been tightened to 18 Nm. Take out and reinstall the transmission oil cooler and hood latch bracket, screwing into 12 Nm. Take out condenser bracket bolts, replace it with new O-rings and apply clean PAG oil. Lastly, evacuate, leak test and charge the system.
