How to service the heater core on Ford F-150 Heritage?

Pressure-test the heater core, in case of suspicion of a leak. Take away the instrument panel, disconnect and clamp on heater hoses. Take off A/C plenum demister adapter, relay bracket screws and vacuum line. Take off 15 plenum-top screws, lift top, take off blend-door assembly then heater core. Install backwards, lubricating hose with water as necessary.
