To maintain the lower intake manifold, clean the area, drain the cooling system, and to replace the fuel rail. Removed thermostat housing and the lower intake manifold bolts, removed gaskets and cleaned surfaces. Look at metal debris when the engine has been fixed. Install new gaskets, assemble the manifold and reassemble components.

In order to fix the upper intake manifold, disconnect the TB electrical connector, and EVAP tube, remove the ACL outlet pipe. Disassemble retainers and strip bolts away and clean surfaces.
