How to service and repair the A/C Condenser core on Ford Freestar?

To fix the HVAC condenser core, place the vehicle on a hoist in neutral position. Recovery refrigerant, change O-ring seals and extract required parts. Unscrew and unbolt the lower radiator support, clean the lower radiator support, then take away the condenser core and brackets. Install the system again in reverse, with new O-rings and lubricants, and recharge it.
