How to service and repair the turn signal switch on Ford Mustang?

Starting the repair and servicing operation for the turn signal switch requires you to remove the steering wheel. You should carefully push the sides to take out the upper steering column shroud. The first step requires you to unscrew the three lower steering column shroud screws as well as remove the shroud component itself. Service the turn signal switch by disconnecting the upper and lower multi-function switch electrical connectors starting with the lower. The four screws which secure the multi-function switch need removal before extracting the switch. The final step of installation requires following the opposite steps of removal.
