To service the power steering reservoir of 2.3L and 4.0L engines, do not touch engine belt with fluid. Drain reservoir, remove air cleaner outlet pipe and disconnect hoses. Unbolt the reservoir (three 2.3L, two 4.0L), and re-tighten to 14 Nm. Fill the system.

In order to install a new reservoir, follow the process in reverse, fill the system, purge it and perform a leak test.
