In order to service the windshield washer reservoir and pump, one will have to remove the right front inner fender well, disconnect the pump hose and electrical connector, and empty the solvent. Disengage the pump, detach the bolts on the reservoir and replace them with tightening them to 5 Nm. Do not turn on the pump until reservoir is filled.

To replace the windshield washer reservoir, loosen the bolt and nut, take off the right front wheel and remove the inner fender well. Unhook washer hose and pump connector, warning of the poisonous methanol in solution. Lastly, unscrew the bolt that attaches the reservoir and drive the process in reverse.
