In order to repair the rear door latch, remove access hole watershield, and interior trim panel. Unscrew electrical connectors, seal the window with tape and disassemble the latch. Install latch and cables, and screw bolts. Lastly, the trim panel should be reinstalled and all the elements should be aligned and tight.
