To service the auxiliary heater core, 9 screws and LH quarter trim panel are to be removed out of the cover. Pour out the coolant, but place the heater core tubes in a drain pan. Take out the inlet and outlet hoses, the core, and then put in the new unit following the same process in reverse, and recycle the cooling system.
