    The service of a heater core requires you to begin by testing for any leaks with a pressure leak test when there are suspicions of leakage. Start the process by removing both heater core and evaporator core housing assemblies. You should remove the dash panel seal after step one. The heater core tube support bracket attaches with three screws which should be removed before the bracket detachment. The service of the heater core begins with removing ten screws which disconnect it from the evaporator housing assembly. On completion of the heater core repair process you should remove the heater core unit. Place the heater core unit by following the opposite process used during the removal operation.
