Start by removing the engine cooling system fluid then proceed by taking off both the air cleaner outlet pipe and upper radiator hose before disconnecting its tubes. You should proceed with the removal of the coolant outlet pipe bolts though the lower radiator hose is not in this illustration. For clarity purposes there is no illustration of the lower radiator hose which must be noted after the pipe removal. Seal out the O-ring components from their positions and clean all sealing interfaces. The installation ends with the opposite order of removal steps.
