How to service and repair the cooling hose outlet on Ford Thunderbird?

In order to fix the coolant outlet pipe, empty the cooling system, take off the air cleaner outlet tube, radiator hose on the top, and disconnect the hoses. Unscrew the four bolts holding the pipe in place, and then unscrew the O-ring seals. Wipe the surfaces and repeat the steps to install it back.
