How to service and repair the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud on Ford Thunderbird?

To eliminate the problem of radiator cooling fan motor and shroud, empty the cooling system, disconnect the upper radiator shield, air cleaner tube and a number of bolts. De-hose and electrical connectors and take off fan shroud assembly, A/C condenser and radiator. Lastly, follow the same procedure in reinstallation.
