How to service the Throttle Position Sensor on Lincoln LS?

Performing service on the Throttle Position Sensor requires removing the battery ground cable followed by unconnecting the electrical connector from the TP sensor. Start by removing the screws securing the TP sensor and afterward extracting the sensor from the vehicle. Follow the opposite process of removal to perform installation. Open the throttle lever to Wide Open Throttle until it returns without any detected interference after installing the fresh sensor. The Throttle Position sensor is incapable of adjustment because replacing it becomes necessary when install additional adjustments.
