To service the TXV, drain refrigerant, cut off fitting nut and scrape off gasket seals. Removal of TXV bolts and TXV, without O-ring seals. Reassemble, inverting the process, with tightening of the TXV stud to 6 Nm and new seals. Evacuate, leak test and charge the system.

Apply new seals, and lubricate with clean PAG oil. Last but not least, evacuate and test leakage and charge the refrigerant system then invert the removal process.
