How to service the blower motor on Mercury Grand Marquis?

To maintain the blower motor disconnecting electrical connector, loosening the retainer of the wire harness and the removal of the vent tube and four screws. Note: remove the motor, remove corrosion (when dry) using the shaft, then remove the wheel clip and the wheel. Uninstall in reverse order.

How to Remove and Install the Blower Motor on a Mercury Mariner?

To service the blower motor, unplug the electrical connector, snap the vent tube clips and lower the vent tube. Lift the carpet slightly and then turn the blower motor counterclockwise in order to remove it. Install the motor again by following the same steps, only in reverse in order to install it properly.
